Position: Chef de Partie
Department: Kitchen
Reports to: Executive Chef, Melissa Craig

Position Overview

The Chef de Partie assists the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Junior Executive Sous Chef in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen, maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

The Chef de Partie’s primary role is to oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of culinary dishes; enforcing strict health and hygiene standards and troubleshooting any problems that may arise.

You will motivate the team to be proud of the products and services provided both by the hotel and Bearfoot Bistro staff, working tirelessly to create a memorable experience for guests.

Required Skills

  • Prior high-end experience 3+ years
  • Food Safe Level 1 certification
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, time management and communication skills are required
  • Able to work various shift times and extended shifts as needed
  • Professional attitude and leadership capabilities required

Bearfoot Bistro offers competitive salary packages $16+ per hour or more depending on experience, benefit options~ MSP payment after three months and extended benefits after 6 months, daily staff meals, hotel and restaurant discounts, staff housing, spirit ski pass and a positive environment. Position: Catering Cook
Department: Kitchen
Reports to: Executive Chef, Melissa Craig

Position Overview

The cook position is one that learning is a priority. Working in a high volume position whilst learning from some of the best chefs in the industry. Apprenticeship are available.

Catering at Bearfoot Bistro can be packing a gourmet heli picnic for newlyweds on the mountain, at home chef, or catering an event or wedding in a beautiful farm or unique venue.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience preferred
  • Food Safe Level 1 certification
  • Positive and Personable Attitude
  • Able to work various shift times and extended shifts as needed
