Chef de Cuisine
The Bearfoot has an opening for an experienced Chef de Cuisine, the successful candidate will possess a high level of culinary skills appropriate to the position and will have kitchen management experience in high-end restaurants.
Required Skills:
  • Graduation from a recognized culinary program
  • Red Seal certification or equivalent is an asset
  • Prior high-end kitchen management experience
  • Food Safe Level 1 certification
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, time management and communication skills are required
  • Previous experience with menu development and costing
  • Able to work various shift times and extended shifts as needed
  • Professional attitude and leadership capabilities required

Sommelier
The Bearfoot has an opening for an experienced Sommelier. The successful candidate is all about guest experience and should also be a food & wine pairing expert. Detail oriented with management experience in high-end restaurants.

Pastry Cook
The Bearfoot has an opening for an experienced full-time Pastry Cook, the successful candidate will possess 1 – 2 years experience minimum in high-end restaurants. Night and day shifts schedule.
