Indulge your senses in the Magic of Maple as Bearfoot Bistro transforms into an authentic “cabane à sucre” – sugar shack – April 10th to April 30th.
A partnership with Maple from Canada.

What is a sugar shack? A rustic log cabin nestled in maple groves where the maple tree sap is boiled to make maple products. In the spring families and friends gather to celebrate and enjoy a hearty maple-inspired dinner of traditional Québécois cuisine.

Culinary Director Dominic Fortin and his brigade are excited to share their interpretation of dishes influenced by some of Québec’s sugar shack classics, elevated with a unique Bearfoot Bistro twist. They have crafted family-style dining experiences starting at $49 per person.
